Tower/Wunda Chair Classes
Tower classes combine the resistance of the springs and bar of the tower with the precise movements of mat work. Using the support of the springs tension helps to better develop powerful muscles, decompress joints, and add additional core strength.
The Wunda chair is an upright version of the reformer. The chair uses elevation changes, balance, working sideways, upside down and standing to engage with the spring-loaded foot pedal. The chair offers a full body workout of balance, strength, and mobility.
