One-On-One Private Sessions

The most effective way to focus on an individual’s unique needs. Stephany will work with you one-on-one to tailor a plan designed to meet your fitness goals. Sessions are maximized to allow for full body strengthening and toning while increasing flexibility.

Private classes include the use of various Pilates equipment and techniques including:

  • Cadillac
  • Tower
  • Wundar Chair
  • Mat Work
  • Yoga
  • Barre Exercises
  • Foot-To-Core Sequencing
